From NYC to Sonoma County, Huria's woodfired catering specializes in original tapas and NY inspired, brick oven pizza Napoletana. Perfect for private events, celebrations and other dining experiences, Huria’s is bringing its love of woodfired cuisine all throughout the region!

Husband and wife duo Chef Mohaimen and Adriana Huria, journeyed from Brooklyn to Northern California to begin their next chapter and to launch Huria's; with a vision custom designed and built by scratch. With Mohaimen’s background in the culinary arts and Adriana’s in photography and hospitality, no detail is left behind as they aim to meld food, quality and design together in every turn. With over 10 years experience in the industry, Chef Huria has a particularly unique understanding of brick oven pizza and dishes cooked by the natural flame. His experiences include working with family-owned Sicilian pizzerias in Brooklyn, leading high end woodfired kitchens and teaching pizza workshops together with Adriana in NYC and the Bay Area.


Our mission is to integrate original recipes with a live, woodfired experience: bringing forth Mediterranean tapas, pizza, and other specialties inspired by our cultures in a unique and modern way. With both of our roots stemming from the Andalusian region of Spain, our Latin and Arabic threads have woven together to create a beautiful love story; not only between each other but touching on every ingredient we use. It is our goal to keep alive the traditions of our homelands, and to share the love of food that has been passed down to us by our families to yours.

How It Works

Huria’s is much more than a catering service, it is a truly unique dining experience not to be forgotten. We arrive at your event location towing a custom designed trailer (by our sea blue Subaru); transporting our beloved one-of-a-kind Italian brick oven. We can set-up anywhere with a 12x8 ft space, to accommodate our cooking station and serving tables. Huria’s serving style is a modern buffet, similar to a grazing table; a table where courses will be served and constantly filled as the menu progresses. Our pizzas are 12” and we serve our Mediterranean tapas and other dishes using eco-friendly palm leaf plateware and supplies.
